This privacy and cookie policy is a set of rules for processing personal data in situations indicated in points 1-4 below. This document is addressed to all persons who:

  1. They visit the Administrator’s websites:

(hereinafter collectively referred to as the “ Community Profile ”),

  1. They contact the Personal Data Administrator (e.g. by telephone, e-mail),
  2. are employees, associates or representatives of the Administrator’s contractors.

The privacy policy and the use of cookies apply to all persons whose personal data are processed in connection with the situations indicated in points 1-4 above (hereinafter: “Users”).

Before starting to use the Website and Social Profiles and services of the Personal Data Administrator, the User should read this privacy policy. The purpose of the document is, among others, to implement the information obligation referred to in art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 and art. 14 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”.

  1. Administrator

  1. Data Protection Officer

The Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

  1. Purpose and basis of processing
    1. Recruitment procedure

Users’ personal data, to the extent specified in the provisions of labor law 1 , will be processed for the purpose of conducting the current recruitment procedure 2 .

Providing other data to the extent not specified by law will be treated as consent 3 to the processing of such personal data. Expressing consent in this case is voluntary, and the consent so expressed may be revoked at any time.

AMS-CAD Sp. z o. o. will process Users’ personal data also in subsequent recruitment processes if the User gives their consent 4 , which may be withdrawn at any time.

    1. Providing answers to inquiries sent by Users and contacting Users on matters they have approached the Administrator with, among others, by sending a message to the Administrator’s e-mail address or via a chat messenger on Social Profiles. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), consisting in the need to provide an answer to Users.
  1. Recipients of personal data

Users’ personal data may be transferred only to entities that are authorized to receive them under the provisions of law. In addition, they may be disclosed to entities with which AMS-CAD Sp. z o. o. has concluded an agreement for the provision of maintenance services for IT systems used in their processing.

  1. Data storage period

User data collected in the current recruitment process will be stored until the recruitment process is completed. In the event that Users consent to the use of personal data for future recruitment purposes, User data will be stored for 12 months.

  1. Data subject rights. Users have the right to:
  • access to your data and receive a copy thereof;
  • rectify (correct) your personal data;
  • limitations processing data personal ;
  • removal data personal ;
  • lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
  1. Information about the requirement to provide data

The provision of personal data by Users in the scope resulting from art. 22 of the Labor Code is necessary to participate in the recruitment process. The provision of other data by Users is voluntary.

In the case of data specified in art. 221§ 1 points 1 – 3 of the Labor Code, the basis is art. 6 sec. 1 letter c of the GDPR;
